Payment Terms:

• All payments must be made before the start of the first session.
• In case of late payments (after 10 days), the invoice amount will be increased by 8% late payment interest with a minimum of 50 Euro.
• Further late payment interest will be applied after the initial increase.
  
  

Refund Policy:

• Remaining lessons, Baustein Method programs, and 50% deposits for music productions are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  
  

Booking / Subcription Policy:

• Lessons and Baustein Method programs cannot be rescheduled if cancelled less than 72 hours in advance.
• Appointments affected by teacher availability (e.g., performances) will be rescheduled at the client’s discretion.
• For subscription plans, lessons or sessions from one month cannot be carried over to the next month; any unused lessons or sessions will expire at the end of the month.
  
  

Attendance Policy:

• No payment, no participation.
• No show without prior notice results in no refund.
• Use of drugs or alcohol during sessions will result in suspension without refund.

Newsletter Subscription:
Upon registration, you will gain access to restricted content on the website. As part of this access, you will automatically receive our newsletter featuring updates on activities and webinars from Baustein Method and Guitar Studio. If you prefer not to receive it, you can delete your account at any time.

Copyright Notice:
All content on this platform, including materials shared during webinars and similar broadcasts, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized recording, downloading, screenshotting, or sharing of any content with third parties is strictly prohibited.

Exceptions include:

• Active participants of Solo Group Lessons may record their personal sessions.
• Participants in private voice lessons are permitted to record their sessions for personal use only and may not share them publicly.

Recording Policy:
By subscribing to a live webinar or group lesson, you consent to the recording of the session. Breakout rooms are never recorded. Recordings of webinars may be used by Guitar Training Studio for future products and marketing purposes.

Participants have the option to disable their camera to avoid appearing in recordings. It is your responsibility to manage this option; requests to remove you from recordings cannot be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy:

Subscription
Once you subscribe, you are committed to the full subscription period. If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, the remaining amount due for the subscription period must be paid in full. No refunds will be provided for payments already processed.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, which starts on the day and time of your initial subscription and ends the following month/6 months on the same day and time. If your subscription began on the 31st, the next billing cycle will start on the last day of the following month (31st, 30th, 29th, or 28th). You will be billed automatically at the beginning of each new billing cycle without prior reminder.

No refunds are available under any circumstances.

Webinars / Online Group Lessons / GTS Live – Practice and Play
Subscriptions to webinars or online group lessons cannot be canceled or refunded. If Guitar Training Studio needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will either reschedule the session or provide a full refund.

Private Lessons & Coaching

Private sessions must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations must be communicated in writing; emails are accepted, while SMS, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or other social media messages are not valid.

If you need to reschedule a session, it must be done with at least 72 hours’ notice and is subject to availability in the coach’s schedule. If rescheduling is not possible due to scheduling conflicts, the session will be forfeited. Lessons and coaching sessions are non-transferable to the following month.

Note: Monthly private lessons and coaching are not transferable to the next month. All payments made for these services are final.
